but now I'm back to my blog again, and I'm using it as a means to keep away my boredom and keep me awake so I'll be able to actually study something and not have to lie when my parents come back and ask if I've studied. All this thanks to my exams starting day after.
But to deviate:
Psychology is fun- I love doing the project we were set. We had to pounce on some hapless victim (a.k.a the subject) and perform an experiment for advertisement recall- presenting a series of ads very fast one after the other, to see which was the most eye-catching. Well, that wasn't the project exactly but that's how I did it. I even repeated it thrice till my mother, who'd sweetly volunteered to be the subject, got quite bored and recommended me to my sister instead. I found that a good idea and I performed the experiment twice on her and once on my grandfather. No one could accuse me of not throwing my heart into the project.
One small problem though. I've lost the sheet I recorded my results on. So I've to do it all over again.
:) Yeah!
I love writing and rubies. Purple is a very pretty colour. My attempt at a blog is to see if I can stick to writing consistently and long enough. Hopefully I will get much better at it too!

That green aerosol spray
I've dyed my hair green.
:)
At least a part of it though.
But it isn't permanent.
Actually, it's supposed to be streaked green. I did it in a moment of madness during my school fete yesterday.
It still seems weird to me that I, of all people, am going about with coloured hair. Especially green!!!
I'm reminded of Anne (of green gables) now. She too dyed her hair green with three significant differences.
A- She actually wanted it to be black (not that I wanted green myself)
B- Her dyeing was permanent (Mine, hopefully, is temporary)
C- She looked at her hair with horror and many bitter tears (I'm full of stunned wonder and more than a little amused)
Actually, my hairs looks completely freaky, and feels like cardboard too. But it's also pretty good to look at. I'm going to take a photo of my hair and keep it safe by to look at the next time I get all impulsive and hot-headed. Maybe I'll even upload it here!

The happiest things 2
This title sounds like a sequel to some ultra-successful movie :)
I love lists. I love making them, but it is annoying when I don't get to finish them completely. That's not about to happen to this one though. There are just so many things to be happy about. I'm not in an annoyingly cheerful optimistic mood (I hope). I'm just trying to successfully apply some principles I recently learned from a book that our life is mainly determined by the quality of our thoughts. So I've decided I'm going to be happy from now on, and I'm sure it's going to work!
Back to my list. I've to start from fourteen:
14) Dressing up(complete with accessories and make-up)
15) Studying something even if you don't have to: especially if you don't have to
16) Winning!
17) Freshly shampooed hair
18)Creating/inventing something
19) Pretty shoes
20) Cute names
21) A smile
22) Packing for a holiday trip
23)A gift-wrapped present or hamper
24) Seeing someone's eyes light up at the sight of you
25) Volunteering for something!
This is by no means all. But I'll continue the rest later I think. Probably 25 more. Maybe I'll keep adding more and more, bits and pieces whenever I think of it, and I'll suddenly find one day I've written a thousand!
That would be truly magical.
